Our Year 13 pupils from Haileybury Almaty and Haileybury Astana recently embarked on an incredible journey to Guangzhou, where they had the unique opportunity to visit the new Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) campus.
This state-of-the-art facility, built through a multi-billion investment, gave our students an up-close view of some of the most cutting-edge departments, including AI, robotics, and the nano-chip lab.
Accompanied by our dedicated teachers, they explored these advanced fields and attended a conference with HKUST professors, who generously shared insights about the university and answered questions with inspiring depth. This experience has broadened their horizons and underscored the importance of innovation in shaping the future.
