Each year Haileybury Almaty in recognition of academic excellence awards scholarships to Year 9 and Year 12 pupils. As a ‘“not for profit’’ school all funds are invested in the educational development of the young people within the school. Haileybury Almaty is one of the few international schools that offers these valuable recognitions of academic endeavour with its extensive Academic Scholarship Programme recognising able pupils with these awards - both internally and externally.

Haileybury Almaty is very proud to offer annually a full set of Academic Scholarships to both external and internal pupils from Kazakhstan. These are awarded at Year 12 after IGCSE and also now at Year 9 after the final Summer Term Examination results. They recognise strong academic achievement. and provide both financial assistance with fees and a valuable recognition of leading class work within the school that goes on a CV or resume for life and university applications.

With our Haileybury Almaty pupils graduating from the A-Level Programme and moving on to world class destinations including MIT, Yale, Columbia, Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, and many other world class universities, the Academic Scholarship Programme shows its worth.
