Scholars for Sustainability is a project that unites internal and external scholarship pupils of Haileybury Almaty for one main goal - Sustainable Development.
Sustainability has become a vital area for awareness for all of our school community as we plan for a future which is more uncertain. This will develop skills of awareness of the interconnectedness of life, our reliance on finite resources and the need to ensure balance both socially and physically. Our pupils will develop a better understanding of how to develop well being and ensure they are able to take their part in an economy and society where sustainability is a prime driver. We will look to ensure that sustainability is considered in our new building projects and how we work within our current facilities.

Yesterday, our current scholars met with those who are going to join us next year and discussed what they are going to do for the development of sustainable development goals and the school in general.
