Congratulations to two Haileybury Almaty pupils who were amongst winners in the DRMfund and UN in Kazakhstan Human Rights poster competition.

We received the good news that two of our students were announced winners in the recent Art Competition across Kazakhstan.
Artworks celebrated World Human Rights Day on 10th December - from many entries 20 were selected to receive letters from the UN to Kazakhstan, and will also be presented with their certificate. The competition was run DRMfund. There were two winning artworks from Haileybury; these were a digital Artwork of Nelson Mandela by Zhamilya in year 8 and an acrylic painting of Malala Yousafzai by Amelie in year 9.
