Kazakh Red Crescent charity campaign

We are incredibly proud to announce the success of the Senior School Kipling House Leadership Team's campaign to raise funds for those in need in Almaty.

The team, consisting of passionate and driven students, worked tirelessly throughout Term 1 and 2 to organize a range of events, including bake sales, plant sales, movie nights, and a COASH snack shop, to raise money for their cause.

Their hard work paid off, and they managed to raise over 400,000KZT, which is a fantastic achievement. The team used around half of the funds raised to purchase essential food and staples for families in need across Almaty, which was donated to the Kazakh Red Crescent Food Bank on Monday 13th March.

The Kipling House Leadership Team is not stopping there, and they plan to continue their efforts by raising more funds to support a tree-planting campaign in the spring. This campaign aims to combat the effects of pollution in Almaty, and we are thrilled to see the team's commitment to supporting the environment as well as their community.

The success of this campaign is a testament to the team's leadership skills, hard work, and dedication to supporting those in need in our city. We extend our warmest congratulations to the team and thank them for their remarkable efforts.
