A Visit to the World of Equal Opportunities Fund

On the 16th of October, on behalf of the Haileybury community, the Headmaster of Haileybury Astana, Mr Coles and the Head Pupils visited the Paralympic Training Centre to present a cheque of over 2500 GBP to the “World of Equal Opportunities” Fund. The money was raised a month ago at Haileybury Day Charity Event to promote sports games among children with disabilities in Kazakhstan.

During the visit, the coaches and children who visited sports sections at the centre demonstrated their skills in adaptive karate, taekwondo boccia and goalball. We were delighted to take active participation in the open training sessions and meet with children and their families.

We are very pleased to continue our partnership with the “World of Equal Opportunities" fund, and express our appreciation for their hard work.
