In a remarkable feat, Alsu, one of our exceptional students, has been accepted into several esteemed universities, marking a significant milestone in her academic journey. Specializing in Management and Economics, Alsu has received acceptance letters from University of Toronto (ranked #21 in QS World University Rankings 2024), University of Amsterdam (among the top 10 best universities in Europe in the US News rankings of Best Global Universities), and Bentley University (recognized by Bloomberg, U.S. News & World Report), institutions renowned for their excellence in the field.
At just 15 years old, Alsu's passion for marketing ignited a series of diverse business experiences that have shaped her academic and extracurricular pursuits. From actively participating in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program to collaborating on a research paper with Pioneer, where she delved into the realms of behavioral economics and management, Alsu has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to her chosen field.
Her leadership skills were evident as she spearheaded Haileybury’s UNESCO club and assumed leadership roles in various other clubs, including serving as ECOSOC undersecretary-general at HASTMUN 2023. Alsu's dedication extended beyond the classroom as she completed two high school marketing internships, enriching her practical knowledge and skill set.
Notably, Alsu was awarded a full scholarship and participated in the prestigious Pioneer Academics Research Program, where she explored persuasive marketing under the mentorship of a distinguished US professor. Her exceptional performance in standardized tests such as the SAT and IB, coupled with her outstanding high school performance, served as a testament to her academic prowess and paved the way for her acceptance into these esteemed universities.
