Expanding Horizons: Our School's University Counselling Brings Global Excellence to Students
In a remarkable initiative to guide students through the labyrinth of university applications, our school's "World’s TOP Universities" University Counselling Service has been providing invaluable support to students throughout the school year. Over the last 4 months, this collaboration has reached new heights, bringing representatives from globally renowned institutions to engage with our students.
The series of sessions included prestigious representatives from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Hong Kong), The University for Creative Careers (USA), The University of Calgary (Canada), Istituto Europeo di Design (Italy), Free University of Berlin (Germany), and The University of British Columbia (Canada).
Our International Baccalaureate (IB) students were provided with a unique opportunity to gain insights into the admissions process, explore academic courses, and understand the facilities offered by these esteemed institutions. The sessions were designed with structured Q&A segments, fostering meaningful interactions between students and university representatives.
The credit for the success of these insightful meetings goes to our dedicated university counsellors who worked tirelessly to organize these engaging sessions for the benefit of our students. A special commendation is due to Mrs. Lopera and Mr. Chandler for their exceptional efforts in orchestrating these meaningful encounters.
The collaborative effort between our university counselling service and these world-class institutions has not only broadened the horizons for our students but has also provided them with a unique platform to make informed decisions about their academic future.
