At Haileybury Astana, we believe that a supportive and engaged community is essential for our students to thrive.
Our ongoing growth and success are greatly influenced by the active involvement of parents and the wider school community. This year, as we progress through our CIS and NEASC reaccreditation journey, we are excited to share the steps we're taking to elevate student well-being across the school.
Recently, Mrs Gricmanis, our Deputy Head of Junior School and Accreditation Lead, hosted an insightful presentation for our community, providing an overview of our Pathway 2, Deep Dive Projects, which are focused on student wellbeing. These projects, carefully selected and developed by our team, are an integral part of our commitment to nurturing a positive, safe, and supportive environment for every student.
Our four current well-being projects target specific areas within the school that we believe are essential to fostering resilience, emotional growth, and a strong sense of belonging among students. Through these initiatives, we aim to strengthen the support structures that ensure our students can confidently navigate their academic journey and personal development.
In February 2025, we will have the privilege of welcoming CIS and NEASC accreditors to our campus. This visit will allow us to demonstrate the impact of our well-being initiatives, showcasing the positive changes they bring to our students’ daily lives. We look forward to this opportunity to highlight our school’s dedication to well-being and to share the insights we’ve gained through these projects.
At Haileybury Astana, our commitment to student well-being is deeply intertwined with our vision of holistic education. With the continued support of our parents and community, we are creating a learning environment where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to succeed.
