First-ever Piano Paradigm Competition at Haileybury Astana
On the 3rd of June, our IB students held the first Piano Paradigm Competition at Haileybury Astana. The event was a resounding success, and we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the participants. Each and every one of them received certificates of participation, while the winners were honoured with prizes.
Another event at Haileybury Astana, which has been organised by our IB students ends as a success. For our IB students, it is important to be innovative, both for their university applications, as well as for their development. The IBDP gives them the opportunity to be innovative and show off their skills. The organisation of such events is very tentative. But if an IBDP student amongst the stresses presented by the IBDP towards the end of year 12 or the start of year 13 comes up with an idea such as a huge Piano Competition, it shows the strengths of these students.
We are incredibly proud of our IB students who came up with the plan and put in an incredible effort. It is important to admire the complexity of the work that was put into this. Brilliant job to our year 12 IBDP students: Altynay, Alsu, Amina, Aida, Anna, Amina, Merey and Adel.
