Three ambassadors visit Haileybury Astana

Haileybury Astana engages pupils in learning about Sustainability as this is one of the 5 School’s Strategic Objectives.

Last week, we were honoured to welcome the UK Madam Ambassador, H.E. Kathy Leach, Ambassador of Italy, H.E. Marco Alberti, Ms Sara Roversi, founder and Chairwomen of the Future Food Institute and Ambassador of Egypt, Mrs Manal al-Sayed Yahya al-Shinnaw. During the meeting, our guests talked with IB students about food sustainability and regenerative agriculture in compliance with the 17 SDGs of the 2030 UN Agenda on Sustainable Development.  

We are grateful to our guests for speaking about sustainable consumption and explaining the role of the younger generation in its success.
