U15 CAFA Football Tournament Success

From October 31st to November 2nd, 2024, our talented students from Year 9 and Year 10 travelled to Almaty to participate in the highly competitive U15 CAFA Football Tournament. 

We are thrilled to announce outstanding results for our teams, showcasing their hard work, skill, and dedication on the field.

The boys' team put forth an impressive effort, finishing in 3rd place after a series of intense matches. Their determination and teamwork were commendable, and they made Haileybury Astana proud with their performance. Meanwhile, the girls' team demonstrated exceptional talent and resilience throughout the tournament. Remaining undefeated, they clinched 1st place, proving to be a formidable force against their competitors. In addition to their remarkable achievements, several students were recognised for their outstanding contributions to the teams.

Air Astana Awards Student a Trip to Europe
At the First Astana Regional Robotics Championship, Air Astana generously donated a travel voucher to Europe. This special prize was awarded to the one participant whom the judges believed had contributed the most to the entire competition.

The First Astana Robotics Championship took place at Haileybury Astana school
Haileybury Astana recently hosted the First Astana Robotics Championship, bringing together over 800 students, coaches, teachers, and volunteers, as well as more than 90 teams to showcase their innovative ideas and cutting-edge solutions in the field of robotics.
