UK Alumni Reunion: An Evening of Connections!

The UK Alumni Networking Evening held on May 30th at Haileybury Astana was a resounding success, celebrating the power of connections and collaboration. Organized in partnership with the UK Embassy in Kazakhstan, the British Council, and the British Chamber of Commerce, the event brought together alumni for an evening of engaging conversations and valuable networking opportunities.

The event also included a tour of the esteemed Haileybury Astana, allowing guests to explore the school's impressive facilities and learn more about its educational offerings. The atmosphere was electric as attendees reconnected with old friends and formed new professional relationships, underscoring the strength of the UK alumni community in Kazakhstan.

Adding an element of excitement to the evening was a special lottery featuring fantastic prizes from our generous partners: Air Astana, Mon Ami, The Cheff Group, SAAD Hotel, Rixos Astana, La Maisone, Clay Studio, Wyndham Borovoe, Metabody, Selfie, Parmigiano, Bar Lilou, Bar Malena, Eva Wine Cafe, На крыше, and Glassway.kz. The anticipation and thrill of the lottery were palpable, with participants eagerly awaiting the announcement of the winners.

We are delighted to announce that the event raised an impressive 235,000 tenge through the sale of lottery tickets. These funds will be donated to the World of Equal Opportunities Fund, supporting their mission to promote equality and provide opportunities for all.
