School counsellor offers individual counselling to help students resolve personal or interpersonal problems such as:
Small group counselling aims at enhancing student’s listening and social skills, helping students to learn to empathise with others, and find social support through healthy peer relationships.
School counsellor also provides individual counselling sessions and educational workshops to parents regarding mental health concerns.
Furthermore, school counsellor collaborates with teaching staff and the school leadership team to support our students during their time at Haileybury Astana. We aim to build on the existing outstanding student support services so that we can provide all students’ attainment of academic, social, emotional and behavioural goals.
